A. Order Processing & Custom Manufacturing Timeline
Please note that all products available at kkmole (including our custom carbon fiber fins and paddles) are premium, made-to-order gear crafted specifically to your individual specifications. Therefore, the timeline from order placement to final delivery is divided into three distinct phases:
1. Order Handling & Verification Time: 1–3 business days.
This stage allows our team to review your custom specifications and verify material availability. This window begins after your order enters our system queue.
2. Custom Manufacturing & Crafting Time: 7–10 business days.
Because all items are uniquely tailored and manufactured to order based on individual customer specifications, this dedicated timeline is strictly required for rigorous quality control, custom craftsmanship, and secure manufacturing.
3. Shipping & Transit Time: 3–14 business days.
Once custom production is completed, your package will be dispatched immediately. Standard shipping to destinations within Japan typically takes 3 to 14 business days. Please note that exact transit times within this window may fluctuate due to weather conditions, regional traffic, courier regional scheduling, or peak logistics seasons.

B. Shipping Methods & Couriers
To guarantee a reliable delivery experience, our primary domestic logistics partner within Japan is Sagawa Express. Depending on your destination, the transportation methods are designated as follows:
- Japan Main Island / Domestic Areas: Shipments are transported via air cargo combined with domestic land transport via Sagawa Express to ensure swift delivery to your doorstep.
- Okinawa & Remote Island Areas: Due to geographical restrictions, shipments to isolated island regions are transported via air cargo combined with domestic marine freight / regional ferry transit services.
A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be automatically sent to you as soon as your package is handed over to the courier, allowing you to monitor the real-time transit status.

C. Shipping Rates & Regional Fees
- Japan Main Island / Domestic Areas: Free Shipping (0 JPY) is provided for standard orders delivered within mainland Japan.
- Okinawa & Remote Island Areas: Due to higher courier freight tariffs and marine transit costs for isolated islands, a flat regional remote relay fee of 3,000 JPY (including tax) will be applied at checkout.
