■ Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
1. Order Cancellations Cancellation and full refund requests are strictly accepted only during the preliminary "Pending Confirmation" stage. Once our team reviews, officially confirms the order, and moves it into the factory production phase, no cancellations, modifications, or refunds can be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Returns & Exchanges Because all our products are custom-crafted and manufactured based on unique personalized specifications (such as custom carbon fiber long fins and paddles) and cannot be refurbished or resold, we strictly DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for customer-related reasons (including but not limited to: change of mind, buyer's remorse, incorrect size/specification selection, or standard shipping delays).
3. Defective or Damaged Items In the rare event that your product arrives with transit damage, a clear manufacturing error, or a severe structural defect that renders the equipment completely unusable, please contact our support window at support@kkmole.com within 7 days of delivery.

IMPORTANT: Any packages returned directly to the above address without prior communication and explicit written email approval from our team will be strictly rejected by the warehouse under all circumstances. You must contact support@kkmole.com prior to returning any items to obtain the mandatory Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
■ Return Shipping Fees
